Terms and subscriptions

These terms cover the Agentrific app, website and hosted services provided by Devular Ltd. Contact us at jon@devular.com. Our privacy policy explains how information is handled.
What Agentrific provides
Agentrific lets you direct coding agents on a server you operate and connect to that server from your devices. Optional paid background notifications use a hosted relay to send supported task alerts to your phone. Features may differ by platform and release, and store availability may vary.
The self-hosted server is not a managed hosting service. Model access, model usage, server hosting, network or tunnel services and other third-party costs are separate unless explicitly included in an offer. A push subscription does not include model credits or access to a hosted coding agent.
These terms apply to our hosted services and app use. Separately licensed software, including the self-hosted server and its dependencies, remains governed by its applicable software licence; these terms do not remove rights that licence grants you.
You must be at least 18 and have authority to use the repositories, machines and accounts you connect. If you use Agentrific for an organization, you must be authorized to act for it.
Your server and agent actions
You are responsible for server administration, backups, security updates, credentials, pairing permissions and the instructions you give agents. Agents can read and modify files, run commands and contact external services using your server account’s permissions. Git worktrees separate changes but do not sandbox command execution.
Review generated code and agent actions before relying on them, merging them or deploying them. AI output can be incorrect or unsuitable. Agentrific does not guarantee that an agent’s work is correct, secure or legally usable. Keep backups and use appropriate permissions and review controls.
You retain your rights in your repositories and content. You give the permissions needed to process your instructions and deliver the features you request; this does not transfer ownership of your project content to Devular.
Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Where offered, a recurring subscription enables supported paid background notifications. Before purchase, the app and store checkout show the available product, billing period, price, currency and any applicable trial or introductory offer. We do not set a universal price in these terms. Do not subscribe unless you accept the details shown at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the displayed billing period unless cancelled under the store’s rules. Apple or Google charges the payment method associated with your store account. Taxes and price changes are handled as shown by the store, including any notice or consent required by its rules or applicable law.
Manage or cancel your subscription through the store where you purchased it:
Cancel before the store’s renewal deadline to avoid the next charge. Cancellation normally leaves paid access available until the end of the paid period, subject to store adjustments, refunds and applicable law. A trial or promotional offer may have different cancellation effects, as explained at checkout.
Disabling push notifications, revoking a paired device, deleting the app or stopping your server does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the relevant store.
Use Restore Purchases to ask the app to recover eligible purchases from the current store account. Restoration is subject to store and RevenueCat entitlement and transfer rules. It is not a promise that one purchase works across Apple and Google accounts or across platforms. Contact us if a valid purchase cannot be restored.
Refunds and consumer rights
Purchase, payment and refund processing is handled by the store where you bought the subscription:
Store procedures do not remove your statutory rights. Contact us if the service is faulty or not as described, or if you need help identifying a purchase issue. Nothing in these terms excludes rights to remedies, refunds or cancellation that apply under consumer law. Any consent to immediate supply or acknowledgment affecting a statutory cancellation right must be obtained through the applicable purchase flow; these terms alone do not waive that right.
Notification availability
Notifications require a supported device, notification permission, a valid destination, an eligible subscription and a configured, reachable server. Delivery also depends on Expo, Apple or Google push infrastructure, connectivity and device settings. Background alerts can be delayed, duplicated or not delivered. They are not suitable as your sole monitoring channel for emergencies or safety-critical work.
We may maintain or change the hosted service and supported features. We will provide notice of material changes where required and respect applicable rights if a change materially affects a paid service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, but will provide the service with the reasonable care and skill required by applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not use Agentrific to access systems without permission, distribute unlawful material, harass others, bypass service access controls, steal credentials or deliberately overwhelm our hosted services. Do not attempt to send notifications to someone else’s device or misrepresent purchase eligibility.
We may restrict hosted access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact us. A restriction does not itself cancel store billing; contact us about any affected subscription and applicable remedies.
Third-party services
Your app store, model providers, GitHub, hosting and network providers, RevenueCat and push providers have their own terms. You are responsible for third-party accounts you configure. We are responsible for our obligations to you under these terms and applicable law; referring to a third-party provider does not remove those obligations.
Responsibility and disputes
We are responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law. We are not responsible for loss caused solely by unauthorized use of your server, your instructions, or services you independently select where we have not caused or contributed to it.
Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
English law governs these terms, but mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply. Nothing prevents you from bringing a consumer claim in a court available to you under applicable law. Please first contact jon@devular.com so we can try to resolve the issue.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service changes. The latest version will show an updated date, and we will provide notice of material changes where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing purchase.
